eTrepid Inc. provides this binding contractual and operational commitment: Customer data, system prompts, operational telemetry, and compliance documentation submitted to or processed by eTrepid AI systems will never be used to train, retrain, or improve public machine learning foundation models.

  • Stateless API Interactions: API interactions with foundation models execute using enterprise non-retention agreements where logging for model improvement is contractually disabled.
